Description
Sarah Featon (1848-1927), accomplished New Zealand botanical artist, and husband Edward Featon published New Zealand's first full-colour art book, The Art Album on New Zealand Flora, in 1889, for which Sarah Featon created the artwork. This illustration depicts Dolichoglottis lyallii and Dolichoglottis scorzoneroides (New Zealand snow groundsels).
